Ryan E. Dirks, Esq.
Ryan has extensive knowledge in the real estate industry, with over 25 years of experience. In addition to being a practicing attorney and licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Ryan has real world insight into real estate investment, valuation, and management. His prior experience includes residential and commercial sales, land development, property rehabilitation, and large scale commercial property management.
Ryan opened The Dirks Law Firm in 2015. Today the firm’s areas of focus are residential and commercial real estate closings and title services.
Legal practice areas range from simple landlord/tenant actions to complex commercial real estate transactions/litigations. By understanding both the law and his client’s real estate businesses, Ryan is able to provide his clients with real world solutions and guidance.
Ryan currently resides in Palm Harbor with this wife, Liz, their 6 year old son, Henry, and baby daughter, Hannah.
2018 – BOARD CERTIFICATION IN REAL ESTATE LAW
Ryan achieved Board Certification in the field of Real Estate Law from the Florida Bar, joining the less than 1% of Florida attorneys with this honorable distinction.

In 2015, Ryan opened his own practice. Today, the firm focuses on residential and commercial real estate closings and title services.
2014- UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI SCHOOL OF LAW, MASTER OF LAWS/LL.M. IN REAL PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
Graduated with a Masters of Laws/LL.M. from “The Robert Traurig-Greenberg Traurig LL.M, in the Real Property Development Program” through the University of Miami, School of Law.
2011 - 2015- DAVIS BASTA LAW FIRM
Specialized in complex litigation. Cases included HOA/Condo Association disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, homestead and annuity exemption disputes, insurance settlement disputes, private mortgage foreclosures and foreclosure defense.
2010 - UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA COLLEGE OF LAW, JURIS DOCTORATE/J.D.
Graduated with a Juris Doctorate/J.D., with a focus on real estate transactions, negotiations, business entities, and wills and trusts.

A Nebraska native, he received his Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
